  Was able to book on short same day appointment. They have a deal for $60. 60 minutes. I got there she said $70 I reminded her about the sign. Or so I thought. She also did exact same thing to the next customer.
  They barely speak english. The person that massaged me I kept saying please massage my feet ...leave extra time for my feet my feet are very sore etc reminding frequently and was ignored. The body massage was hit and miss. One minute it was a nice medium to light massage not a rub or pat then so hard I couldn't take it is almost flew off the table. Reminded a ton of times it was getting to hard to go gentle and my feet. ( that got 2 minutes only)Huge communication problem. I had to start moving and gesturing to get some relieve. No consistency. Next day I had a few places where she went to hard actually feels bruised so any pressure I wince. Yes I do regularly get massages but never here as I'm traveling but this was the most painful. Would not recommend unless you like pain.

  Don’t waste ur time!!
  Their website indicates you can book online which I did, visiting from interstate and trying to book myself and friend for a Thai massage.
  I never heard from Olarn at all and I finally called on the morning of what u thought was the appointment day to check my booking. I was rudely told “we only book if u ring”. I asked why she hadn’t even contacted me despite having a website with an online booking form. It’s out of date and old website apparently. She also told me I only had a booking for 1 person. I told her I’d never encountered such an unprofessional business and to forget it I’ll go elsewhere where they want to communicate with potential customers. Cleary this business will die with this attitude.

  Absolutely Horrible and unprofessional. I was given someone who was obviously not a masseuse. They had zero understanding of how to massage someone, and that made for 25 minutes of intense discomfort as they pushed bone to bone, rather than work on any areas of muscle.
  
  Asked for a deep tissue oil shoulder massage, and instead recieved legs, feet and lower back jabbing (because you couldnt call it a massage), and not a drop of oil was used.
  
  I did not think that a service this bad could exist and the business still be afloat.

  Worst. Just don't go here. Not a massage, just poking and prodding at bones. I had to stop and walk out.

  My son had a hair cut there. The venue is stunning and the staffs are very friendly. He look like a Korean super star now. Highly recommenced. They also do manicure and Thai Massage there.
