- Namaste Added March 02, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely disappointed. Feels like a 'chain' spa with no real expertise to service individual needs. Could have done the same at home with hot towels, cleanser and moisturiser. Facilities are nice and actual face massage was nice, but no hand massage - Extra disappointed given what I paid for it. When booking appointment they showed a reluctance or inability to work my needs in with their 'menu' - How I miss Belinda from Celebrity Diva in Toorak! (retired) - her expertise, ability to read individual skin types and specific needs and magic wand treatments that left her clients looking and feeling like goddesses (for several weeks) are badly needed!
