- Omar Mostafa Added December 09, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★I can't describe how much we are grateful for the assistance that we got from the on duty staff during a health issue that I experienced. Emily and Michael and whoever was there with them that I couldn't recognise or was assisting them in the background, came to my wife's rescue when I blacked out. They offered us all the help in the world and they were great support to us. They offered us first aid as well as mental aid. They made sure I am alright and they called us the ambulance, and when the ambulance did not show up, they arranged for a nearby doctor to see us and they did not leave us for a second until they made sure we were all good. Can't describe how much we are grateful for Emily and Michael and their colleagues who were of our assistance as well in calling the ambulance and arranging the doctor's and everything else. They even let us stay in our room and had no issues with our late checkout until we pulled ourselves together and I was able to walk again and leave. I really wish this feedback gets through to show how much we are grateful and thankful for what they have done.
