  I went today to the parts department to ask for the price for pad disks for my car, and I told them I usually do my service elsewhere, but I just wanted to know the price. Later a man came to me and was he was very rude and aggressive and he refused to give me the price, telling me that it was because I was not buying from this group. He starting being confrontational and angry. I asked for his name and he told me he was the manager of the parts department. After asking him if it was possible to get the price, he turned his back to me and walked away without any respect or politeness. I have to ask do all the workers act like this? By the way I'm going to chase this up with Jeep headquarters. Thank you very much.

  We absolutely loved how Sonia dealt with us while we were trying to look for a car. She made it really easy. Ivy was also a great help. We just hope that they can deliver the car as soon as we hope they could. But I am positive they will.
