- Kevin McAllister Added May 17, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Not a great experience- when we arrived we filled out paperwork and had to sit down for 10 minutes to wait for the car as it was not ready. Once the car was "ready" we walked outside to then be told that the car wasn't full of petrol so a staff member had to accompany us to the petrol station to then fill the car up! Once we got filled up the staff member left us and then we realised the car was not a manual which we had ordered, at this point we did not want to go back as we were already behind time for our journey.
The company froze $200 in my account and it takes a long period of time to get this back after returning the car. I phoned to find out why my money was taking so long to return into my account after 9 days and the staff weren't very helpful. Overall the customer service was well below average and would probably avoid using the company again in the future. Disappointed with the whole experience!
